Apart from possessing expertise and ample experience in teaching Persian, a passion for working with children and adolescents, as well as creativity in imparting educational concepts, are key criteria for selecting teachers. The education group is dedicated to selecting educational resources, particularly textbooks, and aims to offer students diverse educational materials for Persian lessons.
All staff members undergo DBS/CRB checks. Kherad Persian School (IMTS) operates as a non-profit organization staffed by volunteers.
